Mick’s experience in public safety includes working for London’s Metropolitan Police and New Zealand Police, making him no stranger to the pitfalls and dangers that people experience working in public-facing and hostile environments. Callum is a resolute and driven individual with an extensive operational military background. His passion is in Uncrewed Systems, leading experimentation, and innovation for New Zealand Defence for RPAS and other uncrewed systems. Having moved into a commercial environment his background and experience allow him to assist our customers in the “Art of the Possible”, write strategic and operational documents, equip, and deliver the best equipment and skills to Defence and Public Safety industries.
Phil is an experienced relationship and sales practitioner with over 25 years of experience across Government, Defence & Public Safety, Corporate, Subject Matter Expertise, Emerging Technology and Consumables. Phil has a collaborative relationship style, focusing on business outcomes and matching the right solutions to deliver high-value benefits. Finding innovative solutions for unique and complex challenges is a particular skill that has resulted in long-term, trusted relationships throughout the local markets.
Calum is an honest, hardworking and self-motivated individual, currently completing a bachelor’s in business management with a minor in IT. Having a passion for computers from a young age has developed his skills in coding, IT hardware, software, and technical support skills.
